Biography of Lung Pu Tai Hong or Tai Hong Kong. Appears in the Archives of Tia Eia District, Chaozhou, Guangdong Province in the People's Republic of China. He was born in the city of Wenzhou, Zhejiang in 1582 Buddhist Era during the reign of the Song Dynasty from the Lim Clan formerly known as Ah Ling. With his family blessed with material possessions, he was able to pursue both academic and Buddhism studies. He obtained a graduate degree at Jin Shi Level (Advanced Scholar). He became a government official as a county sheriff when he was 54 years old. He was ordained as a Buddhist monk and practiced as well as helped spread the Buddhist religion for a long time in the Hokkien province.

When he was 81 years old, he hiked to Tia Eia district, Chaozhou in Guangdong Province inside the Leng Chua Gou Yee Monastery, a temple in Pak Sua. He later moved to Mien Anh Guan Monastery in Hua Peng district, which is a place frequented by natural disasters. In the event of disasters such as storms, floods, fires, droughts, epidemics, which killed many people, he arranged for mortuary and buried the dead without feeling disgusted. He built treatment pavilion beside big rocks; he gave provisions of food for the poor who were suffering provided food items to the poor who suffer; and he persuaded the villagers to be his disciples and engage in charitable activities all throughout. With that epitome of mercy, he helped the living yet poor people and the dead with no relatives.

He saw people crossing the Liang Jiang River with a width of more than 300 meters and with river rapids all year rounds. When boats capsize, many people die, so he persuaded the villagers to be rescue volunteers, donate funds to build the Hua Peng Bridge until he died in glory 1670 B.E. at the age of 88 years. Until the present time, the Chinese people of the southern region of Chaozhou, Shantou have strong faith in him.
